Blogathon Day 18: 3 Monthly goals for February (What are some of your bad habits?)
For today’s post I decided to use yesterday’s prompts since I changed it since it was my birthday! So here we go.
1. Being more active
I keep saying how I want to start running again, but I keep not doing it. Whether it’s joining a gym, going for a run, going for a walk, or just working out at home I’d like to be more active next month.
2. Eat better/meal prep more
I mentioned before that I lost about 35lbs last year and that I’d like to lose more this year. One way that I lost the weight was just by meal prepping and trying to eat a bit healthier.
3. Continue making content
