One of my favorite things to prep for the week is breakfast burritos! I love these because you can customize them to your liking and just keep them in the freezer until you’re ready to enjoy. So let’s get started!
- 5-7 eggs (depending on their size and how many burritos you want to make, I used 5 eggs and was able to make 8 small burritos)
- Tortillas (I prefer the smaller ones but you can use any size)
- 1/2 lb of sausage
- Shredded cheese
You can also cook some bacon, potatoes, anything else you want to add into them this is just the ingredients I used this week.
